Executive Chef/Owner Antonio Perillo was born in Naples, and has over 30 years of experience cooking in Italian restaurants in Sorrento and in Westchester, NY. Most recently Antonio was an Executive Chef at an Italian restaurant in Katonah for 23 years.

Manager/Owner Julia Perillo was born in Sorrento, and also has a rich experience working in restaurants both in Sorrento and in Danbury, CT. Most notably, Julia's family owned and managed Bella Italia Restauarant in Danbury for over 40 years.
